Manufacturer’s Warranties are in effect with every item Salon Showroom ships. Warranty information on specific items will be presented and discussed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping & Freight
Salon Showroom passes freight costs directly to our customers. We do not mark up these charges and have negotiated the best possible freight rates with the best service options through the nation’s leading carriers. Typical shipping times are indicated in the product description for every item on the site. Freight charges are displayed once an item is placed in the shopping cart and the customer indicates a destination state and zip code.
Payment Methods
Salon Showroom accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards on line. Contact Salon Showroom at 866.434.8974 to arrange to pre-pay by personal check or certified check. Ask about lease-to-own options. C.O.D. is not available as a payment option.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations for in-stock items will be accepted prior to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the same day the order is placed. Cancellations on Special Order furniture cannot be accepted once an order is in production.
Returns
Most of the items Salon Showroom offers are made to your specifications ard are not returnable. Contact a Salon Showroom agent at 866.434.8974 for specific return policies prior to placing your order.
Damaged Items
All items are inspected and tested before they are shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, contact Salon Showroom within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise at 866.434.8974 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
